Mr. Gan Xiaojun is a member of the Communist Party of China. He serves as the Deputy Secretary and Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection at the Central Academy of Drama.

He holds a master's degree in Philosophy from Nankai University. Since July 2001 when his career commenced, he has held various positions at Beijing Language and Culture University, including Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of Administration, Director of Discipline Inspection Commission, Director of the Supervision, Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Director of Inspection of the Party Committee. In August 2025, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at the Central Academy of Drama.
